Addy Timmons doesn’t want to be a princess. She wants to be more.

Addy has a big goal – to solve big problems in future. She’s starting to work toward that goal at a young age through her involvement with MakerGirl, a mission driven program that strives to inspire young girls to be active in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). MakerGirl sessions are led by university STEM women and teach young girls (ages 7-10) about 3D design and printing, women leaders in STEM fields, innovative companies, cutting edge technology and much more.

We had a chance to ask Addy a few questions. Something tells us this amazing girl is just getting started!

A: Wooaahhhhh!

Q: How did you become interested in inventing?

A: Whenever I started using my mind to create cool stuff.
